Yesterday I headed up to the NSW Central Coast to spend time with a beautiful family at the beach. The girls were reluctant at first, but when they found out they could run and play as well they were more than happy to be there 🙂
The clouds started to threaten rain as we headed out but thankfully they held off, leaving a fantastic overcast light (bright sunshine is not always ideal for photography, clouds make the best diffuser).
My son was also on hand for making sand castles and sand hill races!
I love candid portraiture for capturing people being themselves, too much posing makes everyone feel awkward which shows through in the photos. And it always helps to have mum or dad in the background making the kids laugh!
I really enjoyed the afternoon, and I hope the Callaghans love the photos as much as I do xx
